Blanco Alba (also known as Blanco Alba Granite, Bianco Alba, Blanco Galicia, Ourense White Granite) is a fine-grained granite quarried in Corneira, Melon, Ourense, in the Galicia region of northwestern Spain. It belongs to a commercial family of Galician granites — the Alba family — that spans the white (Blanco), grey (Gris Alba), and dark (Moreno Alba) color grades from the same quarry area. The stone has a grayish-white base with white and grey accents, is frost-resistant and acid-resistant (granite type), and is suitable for both interior and exterior applications.
