Labrador Emerald Pearl (LABRADOR DUNKEL) is a coarse-grained, largely isotropic Permian syenite quarried at Skallist/Klastad, Tjölling near Larvik, Vestfold, Norway. Part of the Larvikite family -- a group of Norwegian alkali feldspar syenites known worldwide for their characteristic labradorescence (schiller effect). Emerald Pearl shows a distinctive green-grey iridescent shimmer compared to the blue of 'Blue Pearl'. DNSA #0024: density 2750 kg/m³, compressive strength 150-180 MPa, water absorption 0.2-0.3%. Polish possible and durable outdoors. Acid-resistant. Frost-resistant. Very frequently used in Germany (DNSA: 'sehr häufig eingesetzt'). SC s888 (Emerald Pearl Granite, Norway) corroborates identity.
