LAMINAM Calacatta Black is a sintered porcelain stoneware (grès porcellanato) panel by Laminam S.p.A. (Italy), part of the DIAMOND collection. The design is inspired by black Calacatta marble -- deep black background crossed by fine white veins. Available in Polished and Polished Starlit finishes; the Starlit version creates a star-like luminous effect. Water absorption 0.1% (very low, fully vitrified porcelain). Frost-resistant, UV-stable, impact/stain/scratch resistant. Food safe and antibacterial. No DNSA or StoneContact entries (not a natural stone).
